All Rentals include: Tables and Chairs for up to 55 people, two food tables, one rolling bar, and two trash cans. Security is required for the duration of the event from when guests arrive to when they leave. Security is provided by 307 Broadway for $150/4 hours and $35/hr over 4 hours. Cleaning is also required after event and is provided by 307 Broadway for $150. Insurance is required for each event, provided by client. Catering, alcohol, linens, decor, florals, etc provided by client. 307 Broadway must receive a vendor list and timeline 14 days prior to event. You will be given a door lock code upon arrival and will have access to the venue from the start time to the end time of event. Venue manager is not on site for events.
